I'm not a fan of this app at all. It doesn't list the ingredients of drinks. But the interface isn't very reliable, either. The code has trouble scanning and always gives an error message. I placed a pick up order for indoors, and it must have changed to drive-thru after I added a new payment method. I had no idea and was waiting almost an hour for the drink, thinking staff was just busy because they were. It's just more frustrating than helpful.

When HB first switched to this new app, customers weren't given any warning or notice. Everyone lost their previous rewards. That was frustrating. Now with this new app, I can't use any of my new rewards at all. No matter when I try to use them after unlocking them, it will tell me the code is invalid and that the discount cannot be applied. Aside from being the only consistent way to be able to check the menu on mobile, the app is basically useless. I'm getting beyond frustrated at this point.

The new app is awful it's down half the time and too complicated to get rewards. I'm assuming there's no free drink monthly anymore for the highest tier either. Lost 2 the first two months in the new app (they were there but too complicated to use) and then by March I couldn't even find them. Awful timing with all of the new coffee places popping up. I've just started taking my business else where . It's not worth the hassle. Can't even order ahead half the time and can't upload gift cards.
