99% of the time can't hear audio when connected and hard to get a doc to connect for online consultation. The queue number just freezes and waiting so long, no one picks up. Feels like a scam app to take the money and waste our time.

Difficult to locate and check the request messages sent from insurer. This should be the most basic function in a two way communication but the requests from the insurer are totally buried in - don't even know where!

Now can remember passw, but will often need to use Otp by email to verify. It should be just veri when login once not always
