It's ridiculous to have compulsory multi-factor authentication AFTER biometric login on this app. The app isn't selling any new services, just enabling you to pay your own utility bill. A scammer has ZERO reason to take over your fingerprint - to pay your bill for you. That aside, at least bill payment is convenient and you can save multiple payments methods.

When I first installed the app worked great. Then after the updates it stopped working like it did before. When I sign into my account it tells me my username and password are wrong, then wants me to verify both by a code they send to your email or text. And when I put the code in it still doesn't work. They should've left it alone, it worked perfectly. I could pay my bill on time without any problems. Unlike now. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

When I submit a power outage through the Android PSE&G app, ,the status remains / shows 'no outage reported' Also the push notifications slider control returns to disabled /off, even after I enable it to select push notifications. Please fix these 2 bugs. Also can't submit the outage through the Web portal. Then texted PSE&G that I have an outage and app's outage status still shows 'no outage reported, even though they confirmed there is an outage via text message!!
