About this app

The City of Oklahoma City's OKC Connect app lets you use your smart phone to report code violations such as illegally parked, abandoned and inoperable cars, graffiti, junk and debris and tall grass and weeds to the City of Oklahoma City. Simply drop a marker on the map where the violation is located, answer a few questions to help us understand the problem and include a picture when possible. Your report will be sent to the appropriate City department to work. We’ll automatically let you know what action was taken, unless you submit your request anonymously.

Update: Recent update fixed issues. Had to reinstall and clear cache to fix all issues. //*/*// Not exactly sure why this app gets low ratings. I'm able to make reports without issue. City usually is good on responding back. The reason why I don't give this 5 stars is because there is about a quarter of the reports that requires us call and can't make a report. We work during the day, so calling in isn't as easy as making a report.

This app just sits there on the log in screen. Bad enough can't get the city to come out unless you go through this app and can't even get the app to work. I understand why neighbors now physically hurt each other when things come face to face especially if it is a continuous problem.

Idk if its the app or the people monitoring it, but myself and several others have logged in issues with the city of Okc via app/email regarding homeless problem in the area and there seems to be nothing being done to date, and never recieve any follow up that the city is actually doing something. Instead they send code inforcement officers to our block over grass. Smh. Clean up the area, keep homeless people from stayn on properties or trying to break into our homes. I cant log issues smh
