Been with Hapo for 15+ years. This app does everything I need and making new sub accounts helps with saving and prioritizing finances. It has maintenence scheduled every so often but they let you know on the home page. It's usually at night. I don't do wire transfers so I can't attest to that side of the app, nor do I use it for bill pay. I have heard it's good though.

Mobile deposit is so convenient and fast. However, the automatic picture taking is too fast. I had to take 4 or 5 pics to get the check borders correct. I wish that HAPO could slow down the auto picture taking. Also, I wish that the transfer note allowed the use of all symbols. THANKS! Update: Hapo showed me how to turn off auto capture, so now the app and the mobile deposit feature are PERFECT!

I have banked with Hapo for 7 years and I absolutely love the service they provide. Transfering money, balance reflection, getting a hold of support, and bill pay is super fast and easy. I definitely recommend them! The only thing that I would change with them is the locking your card incase it got lost or stolen. You have to download an app in order to lock your card. If they made that apart of the app it would be top notch!
