Update: customer service directed me to login options and to create an online banking account. That part was fairly easy. But how was I to know that.? Better directions/information would be helpful. I will now upgrade from a one star to a 3 star. Still needs easier accessibility. 1st experience - It tells you to download the app and log in with your user name and password....but no option to create an account....where are you creating the username and password?

the banking company never settles the card transactions but 2 a month instead of every night at end of business day so if you want a payment to show up on your credit card with in 3 business days like advertised you have to call in and pay a fee for them to take your money and pay your bill worst credit card company or bank around just for that reason. you can spend the money but they just don't take it when you try to pay a Bill.

This app does not work. It takes you to the enrollment page, and then after you input all of your information, the continue bar disables, and it will not continue. And there is no way to actually register, or contact anyone for help. So a useless app. I am not sure why it is even in the app store. Although the actual website does the same thing, so i am not surprised, just discouraged. And it makes me want to go in and cancel my Scheel's card. If this is the service I can expect from them.
