Crappy app update. It has been working fine forever, then I am told the version I have is out of date and unsupported. OK, I upgrade and see the same issue Uninstall, restart the phone and reinstall, same thing pops up. Call customer support, they say it's my phone and want to charge a fee to pay my bill, but it's free if I use the app. Failures on several levels, guys...

UPDATE: Download the FIRST BANKCARD APP. That appears to be the new app and I was able to get to my mlife acct there. Always something with this app and now it is saying it's unsupported and to download the latest version but it just puts you in an infinite loop. First it was that you could log in with biometrics, then that disappeared. Then they started some weekly authentication process, now this. Get it together. At least put a notice on your website that this issue is going on.

To have a card for years and to making 100% on time payments with no incentives is not worth a 1 star. It should be -0!!! If there was such. This card is worthless and to beat all; if I cancel I hurt MY score. If you're reading this review save yourself! Look for a credit card business that at least pretends to honor loyal customers.
