Ratings and reviews

Sinple and effective app for basic IKBR access but won't allow you to login with just biometrics. You need to manually enter your password and then use biometrics every time for login which is both odd and annoying. Every other banking\trading app I have allows login with just your fingerprint if biometrics is enabled.

My entity information changes request has been ignored for a year. I have waited for a year and still under request. It just to changes my birthdaye so i could connect to my WISE account. I need to wait untill my deposit money is ready to use.

Find another platform to trade on if you're new to trading. The review and approval process of any changes to your account takes 3days+ , and based on the scenario and what you changed, you cannot trade during those 3 days. My deposited money arrived after 1 day which is normal, but then it said that the funds will be usable after 4 more days.
