I've been having all kinds of issues with the app. Then I thought everything was corrected, but when I tried to place my subscription order last night with all the promotions the app did not work. Went to the website and clicked on process my subscription today and then I could not a confirmation or if my order went through. All I see is the items in my cart and that my next subscription will be in June 21. I don't see anything indication items were ordered or even total after promotions.

1. You can't toggle on your modere cash rewards. It starts to then toggles it back to off. 2. Always glitching and constantly re-setting passwords because it FREQUENTLY won't log in (even though I save the login info) the system tells me it's the wrong login when it isn't. Happened multiple times. 3. The search engine has a difficult time finding products. 4. When there is a huge sale, it takes forever to get logged in and you get stuck waiting because the system can't handle the traffic.

While it makes managing your subscription super easy, the frustrations are endless when you can't even search for a product because it won't pop up. And you have to dig through every category in the hopes of finding it. And even then there's no guarantee. When you can't find it despite checking every category or typing it in the search bar you still have to go get on a website to get it to work. You can't move things from your favorites to your subscription either.
