It WAS a very useful app. But now, you can't top up using any e-wallet. After inputting the load amount and clicking pay, you are directed to the confirmation page. But the confirmation button is out of screen and the app won't let me scroll down. For credit card payments, BPI cards keep getting rejected. Not sure about other Bank cards. Also, a completely cosmetic problem at the log in page: the text buttons for "Forgot Your Password" and " Use Biometrics" are overlapping

Overall useless app. No SOA feature. Unsure if the transaction history is accurate. More detailed info can be added. Help section is subpar, without a way to view your submitted tickets and their status. It can be buggy as well, sometimes not showing any option/s when you tap the concern selection. Crashing a lot. Then, you have to log in every time. The carousel ads are obnoxious. Poorly designed app. Probably lowballed the developers.

Your Apr 26 update didn't make improvement but became worst. Now, it's impossible to top up via e-wallet in the app. The pop-up confirmation does not show the "continue" (or maybe "proceed" button) because confirmation window occupied all the screen yet, it cannot be scrolled down to get to the confirmation button. Also, the annoying MX3 add everytime you open the app.
