This app does it's base function well from the call recipient end. However, accessibility on the phone is very very poor. When signing in your name, holding the back button does not sequentially delete characters. It only deletes one. The response to typing on the phone keyboard is slow. You cannot type multiple characters a second. For people who have motor difficulties, the buttons are small and hard to press. Given the lag in typing and challenge in accessibility, I can't recommend this.

Straightforward app for online healthcare needs. Functionality is fair and easy to navigate, relatively intuitive. Video and audio connection can have issues from time to time but nothing major. Some room for improvement but will definitely get the job done. Overall I would recommend this app for anyone needing or wanting a virtual option for healthcare communications. Check for updates if you have any persistent issues.

Doesn't work with Bluetooth headphones and most phones don't have a headphone jack any longer. That's a privacy issue. Also if I try to open my calendar on my phone to schedule my next appt, this app won't run in the background. We have to start all over with my provider sending me a new link. No option to rejoin. Very annoying and worse after the last update.
