Ratings and reviews

The day I dowloaded the app, I tried to order from a place and my order was canceled twice. First I was told that it's because there was no driver in my zone and after speaking with the CS agent who confirmed me that there was someone available, I ordered a second time and it was canceled the same way. The reason for cancellation was not even stated in the app.

Fake advertisement. What they advertise and what is deliverd is always different thus they deliver the wrong orders. Especially that its food its very annoying imagine being hungry only to get a wrong order. The food arrives cold and pizzas mushed up. This is very unprofessional. You make us hate the foods we admire. 😡

I have had 2 bad experiences with this app,.you order your food and you wait for delivery. It will even show that delivery around this time but after you wait for such long time , It will even say order delivered .But nothing is delivered at all .
