This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage

As a dedicated rider, I find it increasingly difficult to continue with Yango Pro due to the very low fare rates. After calculating fuel, maintenance, and hours worked, the take-home pay is not fair. Furthermore, I frequently receive requests more than 2km away. If I don't accept these distant pickups, my priority decreases, yet driving that far for a pickup significantly hurts my earnings. We put in a lot of hard work, but the current earnings don't support a living wage. I hope the management

Today, it has been very painful that I took a trip and for which I went four kilometers and waited there for ten minutes and after that the Yago people did not even give me a cancellation fee. I have to say very sadly what kind of service is being provided to the driver that the driver's petrol and his time are of no importance.
