This app is getting worse. First, when we go to pick up the pessenger and then they don't come, you can't cancel the ride before 10 minutes if you do, you lose 10 points. Then, if the customer cancels after the rider or driver reach at location, our fuel gets wasted, and still, we don't get any points for this. On top of that, points decrease if we don't accept a ride. And now, this new "Select Goal" feature has made things even worse. Kindly fix these issues, otherwise, it's garbage

Today, it has been very painful that I took a trip and for which I went four kilometers and waited there for ten minutes and after that the Yago people did not even give me a cancellation fee. I have to say very sadly what kind of service is being provided to the driver that the driver's petrol and his time are of no importance.

the ride rates are very low n driver safety is not there cause customer are not profile for the driver to identify the client that he is picking up and it does not tell the driver amount of clients that gets into the vehicle making it unsafe for the driver and costly for low rate as more the one client get into the vehicle and making the car heavy and making fuel consumption hight so this is a bad app for the driver as clients can cancel a ride without charges of fuel that's been used once the
