Ratings and reviews

As a vpn it seems to do everything, but I had to remove it as it was blocking too many apps and couldn't find a way to whitelist the apps, so I turned it off. Also blocked a bunch of the phone's applications which it shouldn't be doing.

Mega VPN is a total frustration! No free features, constant disconnections, and crucial functionalities hidden behind a paywall. The app's interface adds to the agony. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for a VPN that respects users. Mega VPN is a prime example of how not to deliver a reliable and user-friendly service.

Ignore the five stars. I'm extremely biased and I want more VPN services out there for consumers from reputable companies like this one. Currently February 5th 2024, The speeds are extraordinarily low I get maybe 100 ping when I used to get 15. My up and down speeds are abysmal at about 5% what I would normally get without the VPN. These are early days and hopefully in the future the performance gets better.
