I love how I can get most of the information I need for my case. I wish we could get all the details, but still very effective app. Update:. One thing that has been causing issues is I can't add most documents and it is down more often than not on the weekends (when I have more time to complete documents submissions). I've been having to screenshot and submit. Been kind of inconvenient and not as efficient. I still stand by the fact it is effective, just been a little less user friendly

2019 - App does not sync with desktop program, nor does it sync with the phone system used by TX Health & Human Services, making it extremely difficult to use any one of them. Very, very frustrating and time-consuming!! I am a retired IT professional and would never put any of these programs in use in this state. I can't even imagine how frustrated and lost a typical user would be when confronted with these problems. 9/20/22 - Same problems continue!!

UPDATED: App is working properly & the new features are great! Love being able to see my balance & transactions without making a phone call...able to delete an app (that have the info) and free up some phone space. 02/16/23 with 2 stars... This was a really good app until it was updated. For more than a week now, it's been having a system error. I can't login to upload any forms or other necessary documents.
