This app has the potential to rate ten stars out of five, but right now, it is a three. The colors are beautiful. The interaction is fun. Helping animals is A1! I just wish each animal you helped had a different course or color concept. You get bored very quickly with the same walk, and all the ads make it exhausting to sit through. I understand the ads help pay for the dogs, but now I leave the app dormant on my phone. Too full of guilt to delete. Maybe you could add cats and exotics?

BEWARE! They charge you even after you cancel your subscription...0 customer service replies either... I loved the idea of this app but don't love being charged for something I cancelled via bluesnap and on the treat app... Update about a month or two later. I finally got an email back. It was automated and didn't help at all! Maybe when this app isn't full of bugs and has an actual customer service team, then I would recommend this app. BEWARE!

The idea is awesome! I love that it helps real dogs in need. It's easy to play. I would love to see it include all animals at the shelters. Cats and other furry critters need help too. Also, I keep losing all my kibble. I pay the monthly fee, and they still disappear. Very frustrating to earn enough. This must be one of the glitches.
