PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.

Ratings and reviews

This app is good. But few updates can be made in user interface of the card. 1 Option to select the type of debit card that you want to order. And it should show the card limits when ordering. Currently it is showing only the card number with limits and not the name of the card. 2 Currently we have to go to atm, pos, online and contactless limit(can't disable) seperately to make changes. It would be better if all these limits can be changed in 1 section. And to disable them option is needed.

Hopeless service! I have been complaining since last few weeks as regards NOT RECEIVING OTP to complete online/mobile banking transactions, and there is no one to look after the complaints. Without solving the issue, I get emails that everything is ok. What can be more frustrating & hopeless service this can be, where you cannot do any banking transaction!! Absolutely appalling for a public sector Bank!! Nothing's improved yet!!! 😔

OTP comes very late and then it keeps saying repeatedly that the OTP has expired while the next one will not come for next 5 minutes, while you get a repeated answer that the OTP has expired. After checking the notification in the app It is says that the same transaction has been carried out twice without any intimation. Now it says that I have reached the maximum limit of transaction. Exasperated!! Making this comment in Nov'25. The app is still at the same crossroads. Pathetic app with the OTP
