I was offered Apple Music for 4 months for free. So I downloaded it with plans to cancel just before the 4 months were up. Before I decided to try this music app, I had Amazon Music. I thought it was pretty good....I was happy with it, but not ecstatic. Well, readers, I am ECSTATIC about Apple's music app!! One of the best features is the Playlist. The transition from song to song is simply AMAZING!! Amazon music just had about 4 seconds of dead air between songs. Apple transitions so perfectly

I have very little time & patience to keep researching repair of tech issues. It was discovered that I was being charged via Google Play inclusive of my cell service for this app. My cell service provided a link to use the service, but it never links w/o connection issues. Every attempt the Play Store does not recognize the link w/o being what appears to require me to reset/ establish another subscription. What makes it worse ~ it isn't clear who to contact to rectify. U-ugh!

The amount of lag to simply add a song to your favorites is INSANE. The glitchiness of the app just confirms for me the amount of development that goes into their operating system. I've had a horrible experience with this app. Not user friendly and doesn't have as great a sound as it makes it seem. Lossless is lost on hardware differences and the app doesn't utilize Android's built in sound processor. I'm so glad it was just a trial. Will not be proceeding with a subscription. Back to Spotify.
