Awful! WhenNationwide Bank sold to Axos, the online transition was pretty seamless. Now, 5 years later, Axos has discontinued the Axos for Nationwide app, and forced us all onto the Axos app. It was like going back 20 years on functionality. You can set up recurring payments, but if you need to modify the amount, you have to delete the whole series and re-set it up. The delete occurrence doesn't work on a repeating payment. To move $, you have to 1st go into the account you want to move from.

Had Axos for about 4 years, and it's fine. The bake itself is okay, but the app is terrible. The app never has your full transaction history in correct order and makes a $10 transaction look like a $100 transaction because it will reorganize them all randomly. The app constantly has bugs that won't allow you to open the app, and you can't log in to your account on a mobile browser, so you have to call or get on a computer to check anything.

Used to be a good app, but it is hardly functional now. I have repeatedly tried to get support but they make it difficult to report bugs or get any customer assistance at all. They want you to use an AI type help function but it's awful. It has also gotten progressively slower over the last couple of years. One example of an issue is that each time I log in, it requires me to put in my password twice, and then treats my phone as a new device EACH TIME. Good luck checking your balances. 🤔🤔
