Honestly, the camera has a great quality picture. That problem with this camera is the app. I do not use the cloud for video storage, I use an SD Card, so obviously, I don't have a subscription to the cloud. I constantly have advertisements to purchase a subscription, with no option to stop them. The "Device" tab has an extra interface that is not an actual device but an advertisement. In an emergency, this particular item gets in the way of accessing the camera.

The Cameras image is great. I was pleased with the app as well until now. It stopped recording the 12 sec 24 hr free event to the cloud storage. I am guessing they are trying to force you to subscribe to their plans. Wish I knew this would happen and wouldn't have bought more than one, but I loved their image quality. I am disappointed.

The app is good provides a unique way to control remotely a camera so that you can make sure the house is safe when you come home and let you know when there's somebody there shouldn't be! Haven't tried it out on a lot of things like accessing through an Android TV because I've got a somewhat old and antiquated browser available on this Samsung which I'm going to trash probably this year and get a new one that is more robust and more functional.
