Not very helpful if something happens and you go over the 7 days on the loop. No way to restore the data no matter what! Wow. You would think that since it was recorded at one point that it would at least be retained for a certain time period. Then you guys are just like "Nope, sorry." It's an ok camera when it works though. The total experience is what I'm rating. Y'all should consider keeping the footage for up to 30 days on a back up server or something. An upgrade could give access to them.

It's a good thing I am not getting robbed. I have to watch an ad just to get to the page where I have to use biometrics to log in to the device. Then closing the ad is ridiculous. Even if you hit the X to close it, 9 times out of 10, it opens it anyway. This is something new. The ads used to be on a banner, and while kind of annoying they did not interfere with you actually seeing the camera. This is a security device, NOT A GAME. Stop the ads folks.

This is what you need to know: After a period of time, the app disables memory card recording and requires a cloud recording subscription. Nearly all of the functions it offers can't be used without a subscription. Other apps of this type do offer these functions *without* a subscription. The worst part is that it disables basic recording to the inserted memory card after a trial period (seems to be 30 days). So to be honest, this seems like a scam to me. avoid. Avoid. AVOID!
