Just got their QC ii earbuds, lovely sound quality, but no thanks to this app. Also they are significantly quieter when connected to my phone than connected to my PC. While it has a very basic equalizer, I've seen better. Thankfully you don't have to have the app running 24/7. The connectivity of the mars rover is better than this. Even if music is actively getting played, it still thinks it has to so 1000 checks to make sure it's connected. Like huh

The latest version is so much worse, it never connects even when my headphones are already connected to my phone. It really detracts from the hardware. Just a terrible app, non stop issues connecting, limited options, constant notifications, widget only works with notifications turned on. It's a nightmare app and i expect better considering the price of the hardware.

This app NEVER FAILS to stop my headphones from working. It won't connect to them and if it does it doesn't load all of the features in the app. The last straw was trying to get the app to work for the 4th time and after not loading the noise canceling exploded in both of my ears like it was trying to cancel out gunfire. Why are your products so expensive if you're going to make an app like this for them?
