Useful app. Lots of information and tests to tailor a workout regimen. - ETA: Whatever they did with the rebranding update wrecked it. It used to be simple and incredibly reliable. Now it crashes on start half the time and the other half it hangs for a few minutes, plays a little intro, hangs on the sign in, and then crashes. It's unusable anymore. From ***** to *. ETA: Developer asks that I update. 3.0.3 still hangs on a glitzy loading screen. It was so simple and reliable before.

I love the exercises! I definitely notice an improvement when I regularly do the exercises. I'd noticed recently that it was hard to read signs when driving and discovered that it was because of staring at my phone too much. Only 4 stars because I am unable to do any other tests that require you to swipe for the next question. My phone stops on the instruction "swipe for next question" and never shows a question.

I downloaded this because it seemed like an interesting concept and I was pleasantly surprised at how useful this app actually is! And its jammed with lots of info and exercises along with explanations...it has a visually appealing user interface...its easy to use and navigate...and its free AND no ads??! Developers: you guys' nailed this one on the head!! LOVE IT! 👏🏼
