I love the Fallout series wa was really looking forward to this. It's a great looking watch face but the time is at the bottom of the face which means (on my Pixel watch) the minutes is blocked by the notification dot and media controls. Being able to easily see the time without having to dismiss notifications or stop listening to music is kinda critical.

The perks just cycle instead of being selectable. I also couldn't modify the complications and the temperature complications didn't work. There was also some heavy glitching initially, but a restart seemed to fix that.
