On my Infinix the First Mobile and FirstToken apps work fine, but on my recently purchased Tecno, both apps are horrible. I don't know whether it is due to incompatibility with the device, update on the apps, or both. First off, the First Mobile app requests for token for any transfer transaction, regardless of amount. I just updated the app only to start experiencing difficult logging in. It was working perfectly well before the update. It now seems the modified version is very faulty. I put in my pin and it says "incorrect pin". I tried severally and finally, I had to reset the pin after entering my card details. I was logged it. After that, I closed the app, opened it again to log in. Same incorrect pin error message. It's really frustrating. Do I have to keep reseting my pin? Please try to fix this asap.

I've had an unpleasant experience with this app.. Fails most of the time and wouldn't work.. It's been out for weeks now and the developers are not even making attempts to fix it. I have spoken to first bank support about it severally in the past weeks.. Nothing has still been done about it. Very poor.. I should have given zero star if I could.. I have been to the nearby office to request for the hardware Token but was adviced to used this.. What's the use now.. Very useless app
