What do I require for using Mobile banking services?
Just stay relax. All you need is
- Smartphone with Android version above 4.4(non - Rooted device)
- Operative CASA account with KVB
- Active debit card/Internet banking credentials for authentication
- Internet connectivity through Mobile Data/ Wi-Fi

How to register?
- Download the app from Android Play Store
- Click ”Register for Mobile Banking”
- Enter Nickname/Customer id/Reg Mobile number
- Enter the received OTP
- Once validated, authenticate with Debit card/Internet Banking
- Post Authentication set your 6 digit Login pin & 4 digit mPin
- Once pins are successfully set, you are now ready to use a very Secure, Convenient & User friendly Mobile Banking application.

Note: KVB or its employees do not ask ATM card number/Pin/CVV/OTP and other sensitive information. If any such incident reported, reach our 24* 7 support.

I have been a KVB customer for over 15 years, but the mobile banking app has been a constant disappointment. The interface is outdated, very slow, and often crashes. Many times transactions fail midway, yet the amount still gets blocked, forcing me to visit the branch or call customer care for resolution. Features that should be simple—like checking balance, fund transfer, or UPI—are unreliable compared to other banks’ apps. It feels like the app has not evolved with modern banking standards.

I was asked to re-register before mid of this month, so I did but login page doesn't appear.The app only shows register,fastag,open savings account options only, No matter how many times I register,it shows proceed to login but I can't see a login page.Only the above mentioned options are being displayed.

I was using the App for very long time and good to use but recently it was asking to reverify the sim card details before October 15, so thought of doing it but unfortunately can't able login again as it always says at final stage - Sim Card not found pop up. what a mad update
