I'm pleased to see the app has finally come to fruition! Little disappointed by the subscription service in the beginning when you sign up, but I know making an app and distributing it to the masses would cost quite a bit. Other than that, the workouts, educational videos and tips definitely work for me. They're encouraging and insightful, and help to push away the negative habits and thoughts for whatever your goal may be. Free apps don't give the direction/purposeful feeling like this (to me)

I want to be clear this is a review for the app, not the content. I really love Camilla's content. However, the app is VERY glitchy, I find myself constantly having to close and re-open the app to get videos to appear or things to load. Video buffering can be a struggle (and it's not my Internet, I can use other things perfectly fine) and there are days like today where the app is literally unusable which prompted my review. I can't see myself using much longer if it's not debugged.

Every time I've done a workout before, I've always ended up feeling intimidated and discouraged. But with Mila, I was reminded not to feel guilty about how many activities I could do, and because of that, I ended up completing all three because they matched my energy and didn't make me feel stressed! I think it would be cool in the future if you made short one-minute tutorials breaking down how to do certain excercises because I always worry I'm doing it right. Thank you so much, Camilla.
