Totally unreliable!!! They might cancel your bookings in last second!! This happened to me, when I received a notification to reschedule my booking, since they could not assign a professional in due time!! I had to reschedule my booking. Since I had to reschedule it or I will lose my money, I did reschedule it for 12 PM the following day .. 15 minutes before the new appointment, I was just checking the application, and I found out that they had rescheduled my appointment 1 hour later, ONCE AGAIN

terrible experience. I booked for 2 hours service for which they didn't turn up and rescheduled to next day for 1 hour service. Again they didn't turn up or inform prior about delay and cancellation. In the app I requested for any representative to call back for which till now no response. On top of it they made the session completed which was not even started. No number to contact and very irresponsible company. don't recommend them. it's total waste of your time.

The professional they send are cheap and untrained. They don't know how to talk. I wonder if the poor girls get paid properly. My cleaning subscription was renewed without my consent, and money has been deducted from my account. The app is deliberately designed to make it impossible for customers to cancel subscriptions. It forces users into a chat that provides no real support—after waiting for over 15 minutes, the only response I received was “please wait while we check your details.”
