Ratings and reviews

Omanair worst customer service. They don't respond to emails, watsapp support and no one to answer in their berlin office too. Everytime I should spend 10 to 15 euros to call Muscat customer support. The airline app always has technical problem to do 'exchange' flights. Finally, I'm going to lose my tickets(on 14th May) due to useless mobile app and worst customer support.

Improved visuals, horrible functionality. App check-in can't recognize booking so had to go to website. Can't change seat selection. Extremely SLOW.

The price showing before booking and at payment page are different. I tried thrice, but when proceed for payment, it will show insufficient balance, and later show a higher rate... Extremely bad experience....
