I'm happy with the service, but browsing content is near impossible. I want to be able to browse by genre. Stand-up comedy. News shows. Drama. Animation. There's no way, even by typing a gene into the search bar, to browse by category. You can't browse the entire library. You are mostly at the mercy of direct title search or recommended titles, but with no rating system, how does the algorithm work?

Osn+ is one of the best streaming apps to have. I'm registered with them since like day 1 befor it was even called osn+. suddenly, they have many kind of subscription options, and that made my subscription the worst one with ads. I was fine with it at the beginning when it was 1 or 2 ads, but the shock was when all of a sudden became 8 ads!!! just tell me to cancel my subscription 😭😭😭.

Update 16/6/2025: I purchased a new phone and still have the same issues. Horrible App Experience. I've tried multiple devices at home and this app takes forever to connect, literally 10 mins of the circle just spinning around and around, and then it never loads. Netflix and other streaming apps work just fine. It's not an issue with the wifi network or other devices, it's an issue with this app. I paid for a whole year up front and can't even use this service.
