Many features are better than Google maps. After years of reporting a routing error near my house they have not fixed it. Sygic gives correct directions. I like the icons along routes for food fuel etc. with the exception that setting my car to electric is not supported. I can however do a search for charging stations. IMHO The aesthetic is also more pleasant and there are options.

1. When inputting my scheduled route in order for the day, it is actively recomputing the route order, and none of the 3 options allow the user to disable this. 2. When arriving at the clients house/jobsite the house number is not displayed. Today I had to stop on a street with my flashers on because of this. 3. By default the app will alert you when speeding. It is laughably bad at this, and also misinterprets road signs with inaccurate speed limit data. I want my money back.

I wish I could recommend this app but I just can't. In general, it's okay and good enough to get me to purchase premium, but there are so many basic UX blunders all over the place that have slowly grated on me over time. Please focus on usability, actually listen to your customers (I'm expecting a generic "email us with your concerns" response to this, for example...), use your own app to see how annoying it is day-to-day!! For now, you've lost a customer, unless you really change things up
