Ratings and reviews

Used this app for several years It has been excellent for locating stores. Cafes, bars etc as well as bus stops & rail stations in urban locations. It now requires the map for the location to be download every time the app os opened. Uninstalling & reinstalling does not remedy this. It renders the app just about useless.

This used to be a brilliant app. I've had it across several phones and always been able to access all past maps that I've used and location saved. but on my latest phone the new version of mapsme only gives you access to a few free maps!, instead It wants you to sign up and pay a monthly subscription to use what was previously a free app! Used to be one of my favorites. But you've lost fan. I will be Going to Google maps now instead Such a shame as this was a brilliant app 😔

Really excellent app, much more detail than Google, I use it for hiking around Lapland and anywhere on holiday really. Only rarely do roads and paths not match up in reality, it would be useful to have an easy access key to the different path types and colouring system to see if a path is a dirt road, snowmobiles track, cross country ski path, cycling path etc as often I just go for a walk or cycle and hope for the best. Also it would be really great if cycling route options were more scenic.
