There was a discrepancy between what the Treebo representative promised over the phone and what I experienced at the hotel. Despite being assured an à la carte breakfast with a veg/non-veg menu, the hotel only offered two veg options. Just one complimentary water bottle for 2 guests, charging extra for additional bottles. The lack of toiletries in the bathroom and the absence of fresh towels the next morning were disappointing. Only thing worse is their nonexistent customer support
