The Bluetooth connection only works if I'm in the laundry room area so if I would like to extend my drying time I have to go all the way back to the laundry room to select that and to push the heat selection button, sometimes the time displayed in the app doesn't match the time remaining on the machines, and the thing I dislike the most is when you add funds there are only certain pre selected amounts that you can add. If I only need $5 I gotta pay $10. Would be nice to type in the amount needed

I've never had a problem not connecting to a machine; technically. But wow... I definitely find that the connectivity is not great for the machines and the notifications just don't come in for any phone. I've had three different ones while using this app and none of them have received any timely notification( within 45 to 30 minutes of the actual stop time). The only reason that I wouldn't give it a one star is because it does work for every machine that I've tried it with us far.

I have told them time & time again that the "active machines" function doesn't work on the app half the time, especially on the dryer. I am constantly adding another full cycle & wasting my money on said cycle, when I could have just added a few minutes like I needed & only a fraction of the cost. It seems like a minor expense, but it all adds up! I've emailed them over & over about this problem & they don't care. They claim to fix it with the next update, but its a very temporary fix!
