Went to a theatre last night and the staff told me about Mobile Connect Sennheiser. We installed it. I was really looking forward to seeing a show i could hear. We had trouble getting it to work to begin with even with help. Once we finally got it working it was all very disappointing. Don't expect voices to be much clearer. I think this might be ok if you were at a conference or at school etc listening to a single speaker. Anything else it's not very good. The neck loop option remains best.

Considering the earbuds are $300,you'd think the software would at least be smoother. It's not connecting yet its required by another Sennheiser set up program(at least the unclear instructions allude to that). With Jabra's top earbuds, you just connect and thats it! Their other individual programs make it VERY clear as to what they're for. SENNHEISER, YOU MIGHT WANT TO RESEARCH AND LOOK AT OTHER 5 STAR PROGRAMS AND TAKE A MAJOR HINT! The lousy programs will cause returns of YOUR OWN PRODUCTS!

Everything seems to work right up until I click on the selected channel at my local theatre, the sound adjustment screen turns on but no sound. Could it be my hearing aids don't work with this system? I have Oticon Opn 1 hearing aids. They don't have bluetooth. Is that needed? Will this work with bluetooth earbuds? I can't seem to find an answer to my problem. Is there a place online I can test this out?

Hi Steven! The MobileConnect app will actually work with any audio device that is connected to your mobile, but for using your T-coil hearing aids, you would need to connect them to the device somehow. In this case we'd recommend using a wearable induction neck loop, then you could use your hearing aids but still sit anywhere you like. Best wishes!
