Functionality is random, there are times when it works properly but also several occasions (too often lately) when the app stalls and gets stuck in the "open" status but never opens. Very frustrating when you have run out of credit and you need to re charge.

Don't never keep balance on the app I left 10 euro on my balance and after some days I saw that it become 4 euro . Without using this balance for calls and Internet

Won't let me active the holy week free unlimited data offer even though I have toped up and I haven't activated it before. It keeps telling me "something went wrong with our supporting system"
