HOW WE KEEP OUR CLINICS SAFE DURING COVID 19
Creating a clean and safe Clinic Environment is our Top Priority. Here are some of the things we're doing to Keep Everyone Safe during In-Person Visits:
- Clinics are Deep Cleaned Daily.
- Patients are Required to Sanitize Hands and Wear Masks to enter.
- Clinical Team Screened Daily for COVID-19 Symptoms.
- Social Distancing Protocols Enforced at all times.
- All Surfaces Cleaned Hourly and in between Patient Visits.
- Patients with Cough wait in their Car until the Clinician is ready.
- Carbon Healthcare Team wears Protective Equipment and Sanitizes Hands after each Patient interaction.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't show me my past bills. Doesn't show me test results. Doesn't show health providers in my state, let alone locally. Not much really works as expected. When I called for support, I received more assistance from the accounting department than the dedicated support for the app. It's possible the way my provider implemented this is partially at fault, but the lack of support makes it a bad experience all around. One star at best right now.

I'm an IT administrator and this app extremely user unfriendly and had a ton of glitches and bugs. I can't edit health history because the app crashes every time. There's no way to upload an image even though I select 'upload an image from gallery' and then select 'Agree' to allow the app access to my storage, but nothing happens & I'm unable to upload an image. There's no option to download an image or document from the carbon Health app to my phone either.

In the app you can get test results. That's good. But when the results include xrays, all they give you is a low image. I tried in vain to get full res but they tell me that for privacy reasons I have to drive back to them and get the images on a USB. That makes no sense. Either your app is insecure, in which case you shouldn't send be sending me a radiology report stating I have a broken clavicle in the app, or it's secure in which case you should provide the actual images.
