Absolutely useless app! Check-in didn't work on the outbound flight, nor on the inbound flight. It croaks on something but doesn't tell you what. It doesn't show you any flight details, such as the terminal where the flight departed, let alone the gate or any flight delays. Unfortunately, Condor doesn't seem to be able to depart on time at all. The most annoying thing is that it keeps showing you the outbound flight, even long after that's done and even if you tap on the inbound flight for info.

This app is bad. Needs a bit of work. Constantly only shows boarding passes for 1 person when I book for 2 people. Sometimes it only shows one leg of the trip. When looking at the check in overview to verify if the check in even worked, it stays on the screen for 5 seconds before logging out automatically. Hard to see if they are using a partner airline. Straight up, this app is a mess and needs a massive overhaul to be the level other apps are.

We did the check-in online but our boarding pass was not available. Furthermore, there is no possibility of printing the boarding pass in the totem in the airport. After waiting for hours in Cancun airport, finally the check-in counter was opened. Nevertheless, the staff could not print our boarding passes, alleging that there is an system error in our travel class. So basically we are starving in the airport, unable to cross the security check to access the food stores and even lounges.
