I had a highly disappointing experience with HolidayCheck. After booking a trip, I was informed that due to an error on their end, the chosen offer was unavailable. This forced me to lose out on a much lower price that I could have booked elsewhere. . I will be advising friends and clients to book directly with tour operators instead. Not a trustworthy or customer-oriented company.

App misleads by showing price per person for 2 people. When you say 1 person only, it's generally too late on the deal page. 500 becomes 800.

I use different comparison sites and Holidaycheck often has the best prices. I also like the filter options.
