With this update, the app will ask for permissions to your contacts. Though not enabled at this time, these permissions allow us to experiment with a new feature to allow easier transfer of money to contacts on your phone

Used the PNW app for mobile deposit for the first time today. So far the process is easier than my previous bank. When the check is centered as it should be, the camera automatically takes the photo. I like not having to adjust the check to get a good shot and wondering if it went through and will show up correctly. So far so good. After using the app for quite some time, I'm updating from 4 **** to 5; I love it! It reminds you to check photos, endorsement, and to write for mobile deposit. 😊

Easy-to-use interface, it was a straight forward process I deposited my first check accurately and quickly. Updated February 2020 - this instantly take a picture once button is pushed, before my Galaxy S10, I had time to crepe the picture before it takes a picture. App needs update to allow picture cropping. Update May 2020, I found the manual over right and now I'm back to full control on taking picture of checks. All is good.

I've been utilizing this app for years. I've never experienced any problems.
