Don't waste your time using this app or LATAM Pass. Their LATAM Pass never works, then you call the customer service and nobody knows why you get errors in the app, neither they can direct to the right place. They say the only way to use the coupons is by using the app. Not even at LATAM at the airport (either Boston or São Paulo) they are able to help with this. I met someone else with the same exact issues. Very disappointed with their customer service! 😡😤

Does not work (intentionally). LATAM charges less for checked luggage if you purchase before check-in. But that function never works on the app, and many times there are errors on the website. It is not a mystery. This is intentional so they can charge you more at the check-in desk. This has been a problem for the past 4 years that I have flown with LATAM. I try to fly with a different airline any chance that I get.

Terrible and scummy practices. Went through an order, got an error at the end saying that they refunded my purchase. Tried ordering again but price had gone up by over 100 euro minutes later and charge was still authorised on my credit card so I couldn't even use it since it was being held hostage at the limit by this scammers.
