The app does not even work. I keep getting "Your sessions has expired. Please try again after logging in" message no matter what I do (log in, register, sign up later). I tried to finish registration on website, re-installed app etc nothing worked and customer service was no help.

Member card on app has never worked once without wifi or data. App flyer is very slow and glitchy to scroll through, often can't even go beyond first page. Creating a grocery list doesn't work. Coupons were better before Moi program was implemented. Metro grocery I was getting deliveries from has also been screwing me over. Guess problems with entire company.

My God, how hard is it to have an app that actually works?! Trying to navigate the flyer, it's impossible. You click on an item, the prices don't match. You try to open your "cart", it has an error code, won't open. Not to mention it freezes all the damned time. All these app updates aren't actually useful...or updates. I remember a time, long ago, when this app was simple and functional. If you can't figure this out, maybe go back to printing all of the weekly flyer, not just 3 or 4 pages?!
