Worst customer service ever. I made a withdrawal but the ATM didn't disburse my money but my account was debited still. Have been trying to reach customer support to no avail. Bills are pending to pay and I still have waste my airtime to call customer support without getting any feedback, just some automated WhatsApp message which can't solve my problem.

Hacked Phone
It forces for pro version to deduct AED 9/month! On ever transaction we are already paying. Because of monopoly it forces for upgrading to enjoy new features. I don't want any new features and still am getting adds and force to upgrade. Whenever I have any alternate option, I'll quit and so many like me will!

Edite , now after update app not accepting the new password after updating as it requires entre password after update not using fingerprint as it should be like other banks , now i can't access something went wrong tray later. Before that update i saw Egypt in the main page but its not available inside the app to transfer hopefully you add it in real
