Pros: - no penalty for missing your bus, great price ($1), kind drivers, large service area (love the expansion into silver lake/echo park!!) Cons: - super unreliable in terms of timing; the pickup window is 10 mins, but often comes 10/15 mins late (like 50% of the time), so you can't effectively use metro micro if you need to catch a connecting bus/train or get to work on time - not enough vans on the road, if you don't book at least 2-3hrs ahead of time, you won't be able to use the van

5 stars for the service itself! It's a great idea, and so convenient and affordable. I knocked off one star for the app design - it's a little clunky and sometimes freezes or doesn't show updated information. My only complaint about Metro Micro itself is there is not enough of it! i wish they serviced more areas and had even more vans so that it wouldn't be booked out at certain times of the day.

Great service, the price is unbelievable. This service is so baddazz that it kind of feels like I'm doing something wrong, exploiting something. It would be so cool if they had more zones, passengers having the ability to go across multiple zones and the service was available at least until midnight, but I'm greatful for the service as is. I have used this service 4 times now one cool driver after another. Vehiclea look like they are well maintained and clean. Thanks Metro!
