I was expecting this app is for Omni Trans Bus, not useful for me!

As I'm writing this I'm walking the side walk thanks to a driver leaving too soon. I watched the driver arrive to the pick up and as soon as I crossed the street he left usually I'm happy with the service this app provides but this has been the 2nd and 3rd time that a driver has left too early. I sometimes have to rely on this app to go home but apparently I have to run to the driver while crossing an active street in order to make it in time.

This is my 4th edit to my original review.. Please note that I have no issue with the service itself & the app is idiot proof! The cost is more than reasonable and if they increased the service areas and even created an Omniride airport service, I think they would save a ton of money and rival the fixed routes for strongest income generator, it's an affordable and SAFE Uber alternative. The only drawbacks are 2 drivers, Gus and Ms. Lands, who are ill-suited for this service detail.
