I've never had a problem booking rides. Easy to use and keeps track of all journey information, both upcoming and past. I do not like new 2 step verification via email. SMS (via text) would be preferable.

As I'm writing this I'm walking the side walk thanks to a driver leaving too soon. I watched the driver arrive to the pick up and as soon as I crossed the street he left usually I'm happy with the service this app provides but this has been the 2nd and 3rd time that a driver has left too early. I sometimes have to rely on this app to go home but apparently I have to run to the driver while crossing an active street in order to make it in time.
