Ratings and reviews

Does not show delivery time accurately. It starts increasing the time once the delivery moment approaches (4 minutes turn to 7), then displays 1 minute left for about 6-7 minutes. I really don't see the need for fake delivery times, it just upsets the customer. Make your estimations more accurate.

The worst delivery company that ever existed, the driver hit my parked vehicle and run away to. I have everything recorded on my security cameras, and have the licence plate numbers, but when I called the call center, they told me that they dont care about the incident.

The app doesn't work properly when adding credit cards, which raises security issues. They charged my credit card but the app froze and never added my card.
