I bought this thing, set it up, but haven't subscribed to it. Months later, I'm ready to subscribe. The camera couldn't connect to the app, so I was no longer able to see video like I did when I first opened and tested the camera. I tried resetting the camera, deleting the device, and uninstalling the app. Now, when trying to register the camera(it connects to bluetooth and wifi perfectly), it constantly says failed. Being a dummy, I even subscribed, thinking it would've worked. I lost money.

It worked fine until it didn't. Been using for about 3 months but it's practically worthless now. If I leave the key function of motion detection on, my particular doorbell model sends notifications nonstop of motion being detected. I have the sensitivity turned midway. But still, 1000+ "triggers", YES 1000+, in less than 24 hours is ridiculous. It eventually turned itself off with notification of abnormal motion detection. Not sure if it's app, doorbell, or combination.

The camera worked fine, up until the last update. Now, if I have the motion detection on, the camera is taking videos every minute and sending me notifications of motion being detected constantly. It is really frustrating. I have tried resetting the device, but that hasn't helped. I hope a new update will come along and fix the issue. Otherwise, it's fairly useless to me.
