Payment will be charged to your credit card at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews automatically (unless canceled) at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

Subscriptions can be managed in the application. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Ratings and reviews

Incredibly misleading. Signed up for the service when they had a free consultation promotion and the reciept showed that I was paying $0. They charged me for $145 (more than the subscription!) and attempted to charge me $229 for medication I never even had a consult for. Support is impossible to reach, chat just says "we're closed" and their phone automatically disconnects you after 20 minutes. Pretty sure this is a scam.

Horrible experience with the app. I paused my account over a month ago just to get my credit card statement back and see that they have kept charging me for a service I haven't used. I have done tons of research trying to figure out how to cancel my membership with no success and replies to my emails and calls- a total scam. I'm planning on going into my bank tomorrow to stop the charges. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! USER BEWARE.

The app is very buggy and difficult to use. I cannot clear my notifications on the main screen and the customer support requests are glitchy. There is not an option on the website to log in and access my account when the app is causing issues.
