Edulog’s Parent Portal is a self-service app that allows you to track your child’s assigned transportation from his or her school. Know what routes and vehicles have been assigned to your child, complete with planned pickup and dropoff locations and times. Track in real time your child’s bus’s position. know when to send your child to the bus stop to avoid waiting in bad weather. Configure notifications to alert you when your child’s bus is nearing pickup or dropoff.

When it works!! When the app is working it's great. I used to get notifications when the bus was so far away from my sons pick up but now it notifies me when it's near the school and near pick up but not just the specific amount I chose. I liked it much better with just the one notification that I selected and could change the radius. Would be nice if there was a "your bus is running really late" notification so you don't have to try and guess if your kid just missed the bus.

UPDATE: The app works really well now (1/2024). Old review: App worked great last year for the most part. So far this year, it's a different story. GPS data isn't ever available. This doesn't make sense since I still get a notification when the bus is within half a mile. If there's no GPS, then how am I getting these notifications? There's no point in having the app if I can't see where the bus is. I realize school just started, and maybe there are kinks to work out, but this is frustrating.

This app works 75% of the time decent. 1) Sometimes, I get logged out and I can't log in. I reset password... I enter email and new password and it just takes me back to the login screen. 2) It keeps zooming out after i just zoomed in. 3) The notification zone sizing doesn't get small enough, so when i'm trying to set the 5 minute warning zone, it overlaps with a 30 minute warning road in more condensed neighborhoods.
