*Subaru owners must have an active MySubaru Connected Services subscription to access remote services.

*Remote Engine Start is available on keyless access with push button start vehicles. Remote Engine Start with Climate Control is available on vehicles with keyless access with push button start and automatic climate control. Not available on vehicles with manual transmission.

*Service Scheduler function is not available for all Subaru retailers.

*24-hour roadside is included in standard 3-year warranty and after 3 years with a gold package.

Not the worst app in the world, but not exactly impressive. I would say the interface is not intuitive as far as how to find things that you need. But I could overlook all of that were it not for the fact that I absolutely get frustrated? waiting for this app to start. It does not matter which device it is on, I've had the same experience in every case -- the app can require up to 30 seconds to load and start running. It always been a slow loader, but it seems to have gotten really bad.

So, yes it works. However, I feel the design and ease of use is lacking. It just seems..too basic? It feels like I'm browsing a basic webpage rather than an app. I think a Subaru Blue colored background would be a nice touch. "My Profile" should be separated from the "Menu" options & placed at the main top left with "Manage Subscriptions" & "Connected Services" being a sub-menu choice. I also dislike that I cannot pre-schedule a start engine time for each day of the week. So, 4 stars for now!

First, the fonts are too small. Next, "Locate vehicle " is nearly useless. The map shows a location with no references, landmarks, or coordinates. All you know is that the car is not where you expect or is someplace on planet earth. Quick Start does not indicate that the car is running if previously stated by another driver.
